Additional options
Additional options are available on some Suresave Travel Insurance policies and include increased cover for luggage and personal effects, business pack, increased rental vehicle excess cover, and removal of the standard policy excess.

Specialty Assist has dedicated assistance phone lines available 24 hours with multi-lingual operators that are able to provide advice and support to policyholders.
Claims
All travel insurance claims are processed within 10 business days of receiving the claim form and all necessary documentation. Where further information is required to process a claim, the traveller will be notified within 10 business days.
